Info on a Senko Fished Wacky-Style

A Senko hooked wacky-style: best bass catcher ever? Absolutely.Works best in clear water 2' to 6' deep. Doesn't work well in dark water. Picks up and snags on woody stuff in water, like sticks or branches, so avoid using in those areas, but it's surprisingly weedless. Any color with red or red flakes has worked best for me.

I was wondering if you lose a lot of fish because of the way you have the worm hooked. I have never fished or surfed wacky style. It seems that there would be a better way of hooking the worm while retaining the same action.

This is the only way I fish trick worms is wacky. You actually hook up to more fish because, of the exposed hook. When fish bite a worm they tend to go for the egg sack of the worm, which is where you put the hook through. I find this rig works best for sight fishing.
